Rivne “Broadway” has been the place of romantic dating for several tens of years resulting in numerous baby carriages standing along the benches where the young parents relax, while the parents of those parents take some rest there as well, creating the so-called generation synergy.

Unofficially, the alley is called "Chaikyna" in honour of the former city's mayor Viktor Chaika. After all, it was Victor Chaika who initiated the landscaping of the boulevard and planting of roses on it. In Soviet times, two fountains functioned here, one of which is delighting children with its rainbow colors and fresh coolness until our days. The other one was recently renovated and opened on April 20, 2018. It was equipped as a backlit music fountain.
